And the resulting cruelty they did, based on lies they succumbed to. When people feel guilt, sometimes they bury it in their hearts very deeply as they won’t to think “I was the wrong one, it’s the others....”
People were literally driven sort of psycho due to fear. Hard to put myself in their places, as we knew early the covid lies. But for people who trusted the GovCDC/Fake news - many were utterly terrified. I have a sister who from what my daughters tell me (I live 3000 miles away) went crazy from fear. Refused to visit nieces for holidays (the only relatives around for her) even though everyone was vaxed, she was vaxed. She came to the door with a mask on and just greeted them through the open door and left.
Now that the truth is coming out more and more, hopefully their hearts will change.
