True enough. However, they CAN eliminate all funding for the IRS and accomplish essentially the same thing.

I have heard several times in the past year or 2, that federal income tax is not legal because the states did not vote on it (ratify might be the word).
Some states voted for it, but not enough to make it the law of the land.
I just searched www.Bitchute.com for “income tax no law” and several videos appeared.
Not sure if these claims are true, but worth investigation.

Yes they can, the amendment only authorizes it, it doesn’t mandate it.
