True enough. However, they CAN eliminate all funding for the IRS and accomplish essentially the same thing.
I keep reading on various sites that the Senate will put the kibbosh on anything and everything the House tries to do, including eliminating funding for the 87K potential new IRS agents. Is that true? Does the House need to have the Senate's approval in order to de-fund anything?
