It does not surprise me that you contracted covid over Christmas. When I was a hospice volunteer, I learned that grief can weaken your immune system and make you more vulnerable to series ailments. Many, many who experience a grief event develop some sort of illness requiring medical intervention.
After the stress of flying and the sad news surrounding that flight in Nov., I, too, developed a minor bout of covid.

All Republican Governors should immediately begin the process of ENDING MAIL IN BALLOTS (which are fraught with corruption, and always will be!) EXCEPT FOR FAR AWAY MILITARY AND PEOPLE WITH A PROVEN ILLNESS, GETTING VOTER I.D. AND SAME DAY VOTING WITH ALL PAPER BALLOTS. This effort should be all out and start immediately. Governors have the power and authority to do this. GET IT DONE, or we will never have honest elections in our Country again!

I see that American coward Cryin’ Adam Kinzinger has taken a high paying political job at VERY LOW RATINGS, FAKE NEWS, CNN. He was supposedly on tonight, all propped up and ready to go! I hear he was NOT crying. But a question - How does he negotiate and get such a job when he is working on the January 6th Unselect Committee. Wouldn’t this be a TREMENDOUS, and perhaps ILLEGAL, CONFLICT OF INTEREST? It just never ends with these losers!
The many ways some affect others lives until they are longer with us but remembered forever! I'm so proud of them and their continue love for each other!

I blame it6 on working long hours,but true about6 grief,as I kept mine to myself and just now after several hours with Lauren,we both fell ill around Christmas,ironically!
We spoke about this today for over two hours!
We both sparede in our way to the other how sick we were!
The love we have for each other is obvious,not wanting to bother the other about our own health!

Well he said his first act as Speaker is to get rid 9f Biden’s IRS hiring frenzy. I hope he keeps his word on that. Things would have been so much easier if the Senate and House Dems hadn’t passed the omnibus bill, threats of withholding money is the best tool the Speaker would have. He spoke of using that to get some border control, now the bill that was passed bars money for border control.
This is the kind of thing Chip Roy spoke about, and promises are. Being made to change the rules.
