Maybe they should study harder and apply to colleges and get degrees. Just saying. There are plenty of scholarships and “free” government loans out there.
Nothing is stopping anyone, except themselves and their goals. Nothing. In fact, I would bet it is easier for a black guy to get accepted into colleges than a white guy these days.

Most of them that attend public schools probably ARE too dumb. Public schools give them passing grades even when they don’t show up or do any work. Same thing when they get into college. All in the name of equitable outcomes or some such nonsense.

Sorry, but I’ve trained black jet pilots and sponsored blacks for PhDs in EE...all have done quite well and none need liberal “you need us to succeed” quotas.

There is nothing wrong with taking retail positions just for the work experience. Just to remain used to working for and with other people. There is no shame in flipping burgers.
