Aerosmith star Steven Tyler has been accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing an underage girl when she was 16 and he was 25 in the 1970s.
Julia Holcomb filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles in the final days of a California law that temporarily lifts the statute of limitations for such claims under a 'look-back' window that ends on Saturday.
The suit, first reported by Rolling Stone, does not name Tyler, identifying him as 'Defendant Doe,' but it quotes directly from Tyler's 2011 memoir describing the relationship.
Holcomb has also previously spoken publicly about her alleged relationship with the rock star.
Holcomb in the lawsuit accuses the music legend of sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging that he plied her with drugs after gaining guardianship from her mother and pressured her into an abortion.
A representative for Tyler did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.

Ridiculous to wait 50 yrs to be offended.
But why wouldn't they? At least in the case of this lady and Tyler, there's plenty of documentation that they were together (though it may be tough to prove any particular acts occurred in any specific location. The memory does get hazy after fifty years and millions of miles on the road.) If she's just looking for a payday, she'll probably be able to get one out of him with this legalized extortion. Eat the rich, it's the only one thing that they're good for. Someone said that once, can't recall who.
What may throw a spanner into the works is if some virtue signalling prosecutor decides to make a name for herself by charging a criminal case on it to try to get Tyler behind bars.

She said she didn’t want the abortion, and he wrote about it himself. Whatever you think of the other stuff, that is murder. Just because it was common for rock stars (or anyone else) to do this with minors doesn’t mean it was okay, and she’s not the only one whose story with an adult male in his 20s that ended in abortion.
Is this woman saying \Taylor forced himself upon her? If not what is the beef. Age 16 is the age of consent in most states, just in passing, in Sweden age of consent is 15 and has been for over a century.
Her mother pimped out her underage daughter. If she hasn’t already passed away, why isn’t she facing criminal charges?

Groupie abuse was maybe considered ”normal” but it wasn’t.
It was the breakdown of society that ironically has lead to the same forces now going to prosecute him.
