Aerosmith star Steven Tyler has been accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing an underage girl when she was 16 and he was 25 in the 1970s.
Julia Holcomb filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles in the final days of a California law that temporarily lifts the statute of limitations for such claims under a 'look-back' window that ends on Saturday.
The suit, first reported by Rolling Stone, does not name Tyler, identifying him as 'Defendant Doe,' but it quotes directly from Tyler's 2011 memoir describing the relationship.
Holcomb has also previously spoken publicly about her alleged relationship with the rock star.
Holcomb in the lawsuit accuses the music legend of sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging that he plied her with drugs after gaining guardianship from her mother and pressured her into an abortion.
A representative for Tyler did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Thursday night.

The issue here is that a sixteen year old girl was told by an adult sexual perpetrator she must have an abortion. It was gruesome.
Those of you who think this is some kind of slut wanting to make millions who made decisions in a mature and adult frame of mind…well…you’re nuts and need your ethics examined.
Her child was murdered and as a child herself, she had no idea what was entailed in that second trimester abortion.
She has shared her experience of this for almost twenty years, so it’s not like she’s just making it up recently.
I hope she wins and the horrors of the abortion industry as well as the sexual trafficking of minors to big stars is spotlighted and dealt with.
So her mother was basically "pimping" her daughter out.

When I was that age, I worked two part time jobs, had a car, and always had my own money in my pocket. By that age, I didn't have to tell my parents a darn thing about where I was going or who I was going to see. If I wasn't going to come home that night, all I'd have to do is let them know so they could turn the porch light off and go to bed.
By the time I was 18, I was out of the house completely. Back then, it was an EMBARRASSMENT to be living with your parents after that age, unless maybe you were home from college, and women wouldn't take you seriously if you were of adult age and still living with mommy and daddy.
It is nothing like today where many 16 years olds are still having their parents drive them to school or wait with them at the school bus stop. They are tethered to their parents with their cellphones 24/7. The teenagers of today are so infantilized, compared to the way it used to be.
Wait until they find out the kinds of girls Jerry Lee Lewis was banging.
