The main argument is that Mary certainly DID know who she was carrying.
To suggest she didn’t, is inconsistent with Christian theology of nearly all Christian denominations.

Yes Our Lady knew her Son was God. She was very well versed in the holy scriptures.
And the insinuation that Our Lord had to deliver her is blasphemous. God created her without the stain of sin. To think He would occupy the womb of a woman corrupted by sin is heresy
