Kari Lake Trial Reveals 42.5% of Ballots Invalid, Massive GOP Voter Disenfranchisement

'I would say there's no question in my mind that had there not been tabulator issues at 132 vote centers, this election would have resulted, would have ended up, with Kari Lake winning... '

Kari Lake’s legal team in a court hearing Wednesday produced evidence and testimony that highlighted harrowing examples of election interference and voter disenfranchisement that occurred during Arizona’s tainted governor’s midterm election.

Lake filed a lawsuit challenging the controversial results, which saw Arizona’s incumbent Secretary of State Democrat Katie Hobbs certify her own victory in the governor’s race over the Republican Lake. The certification resulted from Hobbs’s office threatening county officials with arrest if they failed to obey Hobbs’s election directives.

In the first day of Lake’s election-challenge lawsuit, her attorneys said ballots that were produced as evidence and were cast in Maricopa County were not valid, specifically noting 48 of 113 ballots reviewed were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper,” a once-inch discrepancy that triggered “chaos on Election day,” and caused “the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators,” tweeted Kari Lake’s War Room trial coverage.

“This is how they disenfranchised Maricopa County voters on Election Day,” tweeted Lake’s War Room. “The ballots were designed to be unable to be read through the machine. This wasn’t an error. It was malice. The process worked exactly as they intended it to.”

Maricopa attorneys didn’t do much to help their own cause when questioning expert witnesses and officials who testified for Lake’s team. When a Republican attorney who oversaw the election travesty was challenged that “you have no personal knowledge as to whether these printing errors changed the outcome of the election, correct?”, Mark Sonnenklara delivered a stinging response.

“There’s only 17,000 votes, roughly, separating the two candidates for governor,” he said. “Based on what I saw on Election Day, I would say there’s no question in my mind that had there not been tabulator issues at 132 vote centers, this election would have resulted, would have ended up, with Kari Lake winning.”

It didn’t go any better when county officials tried to downplay or dismiss the serious problems that evidence revealed with chain-of-custody issues that wreaked havoc on any semblance of election integrity, and were disputed by elections forensic experts.

The judge overseeing the hearing, which resumes Thursday, will decide whether Lake’s request is valid to either declare Lake the winner or order a revote in Maricopa County.

That’s nice. Voter fraud is only an issue if the wrong person wins.

Going to be interesting how the ruling comes down on this.

In a honorable world, a judge would rule the election invalid and kick it over to the state legislature to remedy.

In the interim, the present state government would be left in place EXCEPT for those who have offices that involve elections. Those should be removed from office in the interim.

No matter who wins or doesn’t win this trial, it doesn’t matter. It won’t end until SCOTUS.

NO it has to be in remedy NOW..before the next state government is sworn.

If this judge rules like he should, then the swearing in of the next state government is held up..or should be.

No matter how this judge rules, it will go to the AZ Supreme Court.

Neither side is going to accept the ruling.

Kari has vowed to take it all the way to SCOTUS.

And if SCOTUS won't hear it, then Kari needs to start a RECALL HOBBS campaign. Force the bastards to do a re-do, and see if they still print out 19 inch ballots on 20 inch paper...

I have more confidence I’ll see better results with a scratch-and-win ticket than with an election these days.

You are aware that there is precedent for this right in this state? Or havent you researched it?

The very first governor lost to another in about 1916 and that person was removed from office.

Why do these big blockbuster stories usually just go away? Puts me in mind of a frequent poster on FR.

“No matter how this judge rules, it will go to the AZ Supreme Court.”

Right, and that court has to bring that case ASAP.

We may see the court legislate from the bench here.

I can see the headline now:

“JUDGE DISMISSES LAKE LAWSUIT WITHOUT COMMENT OR EXPLANATION”

Yep I know......I’m a Debbie downer

This corruption in AZ is a microcosm of elections in the entire nation.

Typical Communist Democrat, threats of jailing people who do not comply and obey their every order...Spit*

The verdict should be one of two - declare Lake the winner or have another election.

Problem is no matter how much damning evidence there is they have to PROVE it happened through intent as opposed to mere incompetence

That’s the reality of it at least in this court. The judge was clear about that. This is why the defense ends cross examination with the same question: Do you have evidence this was done intentionally or do you have evidence of a fraudulent ballot.

Not in a legitimate court of law. One or two mistakes/errors could be overlooked or deemed incompetence. A conga line of alleged errors or mistakes? No way.
