She’s a tough old girl with a good heavy fur coat so as long as she can get out of the wind, she is OK. A lot of people don’t believe dogs have long memories or feel “love”, but they do.

It has been a joy to try to write something fun and worthy of Christmas in the Qanteen, and to try to honor all the FReeQs and Prayer Warriors who every day gird themselves and do battle with the forces of Evil. I do hope you enjoy it. It is an honor to be among you.

My old girl giving me attitude for putting one of my old t-shirts on her. I don't know what's over one eye. I went back out to check and it was gone. The feral gene makes her pretty tough. She used to be a dark red color but like me, she has faded some over the years. In summer, when it's hot, she digs a den under the old tree stump like a wild dog would do. I think that's why she prefers the igloo doghouse.
