By God’s grace, I don’t have arthritis, but I’ve heard curcumin (a good absorbable grade) is good for helping arthritis. Have you tried that?
You might also wish to research MSM to see if that might be right for you.

While I don’t have arthritis, I was hit by a train a long time ago, and have had chronic pain. An alternative doc at Riordan clinic has treated his wife with MSM with great success for inflammation. He has me on it. I’m working my way up to higher dosages of it. I find that it seems to be helpful.
This is Dr. Ron Hunninghake and his daughter, also a doctor, discussing the advantages of MSM in the body:

I take a Quonol Turmeric supplement and a Curcumin supplement and they do help. I probably don’t need both so when they are gone I will drop the Turmeric.
I had a horse once with tendon issues and he took MSM in his feed so I know about that. I never knew people that took it though.
Curcumin is commonly used along with turmeric to treat back pain, especially lower back pain.
There are numerous claims for pain management connected to Relief Factor; the ads claim about 70% satisfaction. I personally have not tried it because it contains an extract of barberry, a member of the berberis family. Normally berberis derivatives wreak havoc on my bowels, so, like a coward, I have never tried Relief Factor. 🤔🤷♂️
