The FBI has the bandwidth to have an 80 person task force to police memes & conservative accounts on Twitter but not enough bandwidth to do anything about skyrocketing crime. The U.S. Constitution bans this action, know as a "Bill of Attainder" not once, but TWICE, in Article I Section 9, and then again in Section 10. It is to prevent the Congress from singling out an individual or group and punishing them without a trial (i.e. a Judiciary action, NOT legislative).

This was a practice of the English monarchy that the Americans really hated. That's why they permanently outlawed it.
