This is yesterday's footage. The place is Aparecida do Norte in São Paulo, the giant Catholic Sanctuary of Our Lady Aparecida, the Patron of Brazil.
The narrator is saying that he goes there for 9 years in a row and never saw anything close. These are buses full of soldiers, he says there are many more than showed here.
He explains that the soldiers are encircling the whole Sanctuary. This is extremely symbolic to our nation.
