I have shopped both-Shermans is more likely to have new bestsellers.
This one is also where the elite like to shop.
I really want ro check out the used bookstore-I LOVE going to shops like that on a rainy afternoon!
Both of these are in Freeport., as is L.L. Beans, which is open 24 hours,
365 days a year.
Next time I have insomnia-I’m going shopping!
There is a BAM! store in The Auburn Mall, which is also more likely to have new bestsellers.
Right behind the Mall, is a HUGE Goodwill Store, which really carries some high end stuff sometimes!
Here’s a link for you to look at:
AW.. I don’t know about it being heaven at my house, but I would be honored to have you( and everyone at the Dose)\
as a guest.
I will tell you now, that we are as poor as church mice.
My house is neither beautiful, or fancy.
But it IS fun! I LOVE to cook for friends and family.
I have had the pleasure if meeting some Freepers, and have visited them in Texas, and have acted as their “tour guide”
while they were up here.
I would LOVE to spend a day like that with friends!
Here’s hoping we can do that someday!
These are so cute!

And...
Snow Cat!
I will drive the bus across country, (no migrants), pick everyone up and get there.
I have no idea what a BAM is. But I love used bookstores. And I love thrift shops. And antique shops that really don’t have antiques but other treasures.
No money needed - it only gets in the way of friendships and making your house cozy. I’ve seen a lot of beautiful houses, immaculately decorated, but they felt as cold as ice.
I’ll send you a picture of my favorite part of our house, it’s just some old cheap bookcases and mostly used books. But it’s my little library and I love it.
