My take on today’s hearing:
Best possible outcome. Judge was focused on proper process, tamped down on advocacy from SoS attorney, mindful of the statutory calendar issues and making sure he had plenty of time to consider the case.
That said: The triumvirate of SoS office, Gov Elect Hobbs Perkins Coie attorney & MCs slimy Liddy, seemingly “avoiding” service of notice, pointing to Olsen (Kari)re: no Admission on Motion yet, & move to seal sig verify evidence using voter security excuse shows their hand.
The distinct “This is a nothing burger” condescension was palpable from these vipers.

Judge was fair. Kari wanted 3-day trial, the gang wanted 1 day, 2 days is super fair and impartial, and leads me to believe it will go to a hearing. 🤞🏼 🙏🏼
