The former head of trust and safety at Twitter recently admitted that the social media company’s decision to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 was a "mistake."
During a sit down with journalist Kara Swisher, ex-Twitter safety chief Yoel Roth said that despite concerns about the authenticity of the laptop story, it still did not reach a point where he wanted to remove the content — which was later censored anyway. Initial reporting suggested that Roth blocked user access from the October 2020 story, but the former Twitter division lead said the decision was not up to him.

Polls have been taken that show this is true. Biden voters who later learned about the laptop have said that the laptop info before the election would have impacted their votes.
At the end of the day, if anyone needed to know the contents of that laptop, so they could make a more informed decision on whether or not to vote for Joe Biden, that person does not need to be voting for anything.
To think that there are people that still want to put that laptop up as something that could have swayed the election is pretty dumb.
Biden has been, is and always will be a corrupt and nasty human being. Enough was known about him and his career that the contents of that laptop shouldn’t have been a concern.
That being said, I do think it should be investigated and if the evidence is there, he, his brother and son should all be in prison if warranted. Although, they won’t come close to any of that. I’m thinking that the tentacles of the info in that computer stretch quite far and a lot of people will be involved. And as usual, they will protect themselves.
I don’t forgive any fuckup for changing the course of history, causing countless deaths and costing $trillions.
The “Intelligence experts” are the ones that worry me! The Russian Collusion was real, the lap top was disinformation from Russia! Well these clowns were wrong on both. Not very bright bulbs on the intelligence tree. Glad I need need them to brighten a holiday event!

It wasnt a mistake , it was a facet of a well thought out conspiracy to prevent Trump from winning the Presidency.

It really grates on me, this “Well, people could have done things better” when they really should say: “We tried to suppress the speech of people we didn’t agree with, we got caught, and it had catastrophic consequences for both the electoral process and our country. We shouldn’t have done it.
Instead, we get milquetoast comments like this from those responsible that mean absolutely nothing.
There has always been fake news... And there has always been people interested in controlling and censoring the news, whether it’s fake or not fake... And it has always been up to the individual reading the story to determine the truth of it... That isn’t anything new.
What is new... Is that censorship is now being conducted and controlled by the radical left media, with the encouragement and support of Socialist, Left-wingers and Liberals.

I noticed the MSM start turning left in the late 70s. Even as a teen I used to wonder how the news from various parts of the countries where people have so many differences and backgrounds had news that not only focused on the same stories but the same messages, views and social values.
In other words I self-discovered “spin” before it was even a thing to most. I knew then it had to be controlled, somehow.
