Hey,c'mon,Laz...don't ridicule the guy (gal). I worked for years (as an administrator) in a big city ER and I can tell you stories that would make your jaw hit the floor. Not everybody's a brain surgeon...some people are afraid of doctors and some don't have medical insurance.
