Re: 83 - I’d say it’s an ignorance of the law. The President can only be removed from office by conviction in the Senate or a successful conclusion of the 25th Amendment.

I take that action or, more appropriately add to it. An additional 2 grand to the charity of your choice.
I denounced this the first time around when it first got posted. It is of the same species as magic executive orders, invocation of the Insurrection Act, salvation via seized servers in Germany, quo warranto writs, and whatever Mike Lindell was nattering on about. It is a fantasy. It is nonsense. It will be no more successful than any of the other things I’ve just recited

A "successful conclusion of the 25th amendment" only leaves the Vice-President as "Acting President" until such time as the President can resume his powers.
The only way a President can permanently leave office is through conviction of an impeachment trial, resignation, or death.

The net conclusion is the same as my previous post - SCOTUS (or any Article I court) does not have the power to remove the President from office.

Although I didn't say it explicitly, it can be inferred that I was speaking about the Constitution. The Declaration predates the Constitution.
I'm talking about removing a President, not throwing off the entire form of government.

Post 2020, the entire government has proven itself treasonous.
The petition behind this thread names 388 that make up *most* of the house/sinate, and all of its current executive. The judiciary was abyssmal in its attitude to the power of legislatures with regard to elections prior to 2020, and awful in regards to reigning in the abuses before and after 2020.
“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
We have a situation where the government itself, as currently constituted, cannot right itself thru things like impeachment, 25th, etc. The government is too far gone - consider illegal taxation, 3-letter rogue agencies, the regulatory dictatorial state...
