A "successful conclusion of the 25th amendment" only leaves the Vice-President as "Acting President" until such time as the President can resume his powers.
The only way a President can permanently leave office is through conviction of an impeachment trial, resignation, or death.

You are correct and I was incorrect re: 25th Amendment.
The net conclusion is the same as my previous post - SCOTUS (or any Article I court) does not have the power to remove the President from office.
