What Happened on Election Night? I Think I Have Some Answers

There is whiskey in my coffee this morning. I considered going with heroin, which, thanks to Kathy Hochul, is easy to find in New York, but I’m saving my final fall for election night 2024.

Here is what I think went wrong — and right — in our elections.

Principles For starters, conservatives have principles, and the lefties do not. Die-hard libskanks are dedicated to their party communism. They will happily vote for anyone, even a pedophile — or, as they call them, Minor Attracted Persons (MAP) — as long as they have a “D” before their name.

Conservatives are not the same. I know a few never-Trumpers who pinched their noses and voted for Trump, but I know many who stayed home on election night, twice. True Democrats wouldn’t consider not voting for their candidate, even if he looks like the guy from Sling Blade and can’t put a sentence together.

Dr. Oz was a horrible candidate, but he is clearly a better man for the job than Fetterman. How many Pennsylvania Republicans snubbed Oz, the highly polished carpetbagger, and stayed home on Tuesday?

Bolshies don’t care that they are paying $4 for gas in Michigan. They don’t care that poor black people are getting slaughtered amid a three-year crime surge. They aren’t concerned that inflation is gutting the nation; it’s all about the party, comrade.

Conservatives love their children

Today, Facebook is full of working-class libs celebrating Tuesday’s elections, even though their kids could get raped due to cashless bail laws or an accidental overdose on a Percocet they bought off the street, having no idea it was laced with Chinese fentanyl.

FACT-O-RAMA! Leftists hate conservatives so much that they’ll smilingly endure brutal crime and historic inflation rather than allow a Republican in office.

Two voters. One Democrat. One Republican.

Democrat: has a candidate that lists 100 policies they support. #100 is being able to marry a fern tree. Democrat voter hates policies 1-99 but really wants to be able to marry a fern tree. They vote for the Democrat.

Republican: candidate lists 100 policies they support. Republican voter is all about 99 of them but completely disagrees with one. The vote for the Libertarian or don’t vote at all.

It’s a simple as that.

I am also completely convinced that Graham deliberately did that in order to sabotage Republicans.

Leftists hate conservatives so much that they’ll smilingly endure brutal crime and historic inflation rather than allow a Republican in office.

I am convinced of this. ^^^

Think about this. It comes down to three different types of Democrat voter.

The inner city, mostly minority, voters that don’t know any better, are conditioned to live in high crime areas, are on Section 8 in the projects and stopped caring a long time ago. They do whatever the community organizers and preachers tell them to do.

Sprinkled in the inner city voting bloc are the predominantly WHITE, liberal hipsters and gay community that live in rather homogenous areas of those cities. The inner city, trendy areas that have been gentrified after some WHITE urban pioneers moved in and started snatching up cheap houses from black folks, renovated everything, and now have their sidewalk cafes and micro breweries. Everyone takes Uber, has access to rideshare bikes/scooters or has one of the cheap Teslas. These folks have established safe neighborhoods in the cities where law enforcement is very responsive to them due to the taxes they pay. I can take you to quite a few of them in Atlanta, where they have off-duty cops patrolling their neighborhoods, and their numbers are growing as the city continues to get more and more WHITE, much to the chagrin of the current Mayor and city council members.

Then you have the Democrats that move out of the cities to the ‘burbs for bigger homes, lower taxes and better schools. They form suburban enclaves, as well. Again, I can take you to places north of Atlanta where this is happening. Two places being Cobb and Gwinnett counties. Formerly, two of the most Conservative counties in the state, now solid BLUE.

The thing is, the hipsters and suburban Dem’s have enough wealth to insulate themselves from a lot of the brutal crime. It doesn’t effect them all that much. Many of them, for some odd reason, are in jobs that allow work from home so they aren’t paying for gas and commuting. Comically, an issue that arose during COVID was the inner city liberals that lived in certain areas were complaining about the landscape crews and noise/pollution from 2-cylce engines. The same crews that were landscaping their own homes, but they used to go to offices for work, not sit at their kitchen table drafting emails. And they wanted the city to ban them.

I used to be a cop in Georgia. One neighborhood in the precinct was as white and liberal as one could get. The rest was pretty, effin’ bad. The white folks had two cops designated to their area, while the rest did they best they could with what the city was able to provide. If we were short on shifts, while other cars/beats were pulled from service, the one in the ‘white’ area NEVER was. They paid taxes and had a very vocal city council member that demanded service.

Look at what happened to the Seattle mayor when ANTIFA showed up on her street, in her neighborhood. Cops were there lickety-split, while downtown Seattle was on fire and CHOP was the law of the land.

They are blatantly cheating because, like Russia, they want a violent response. Then they have there domestic terrorist to use as an excuse for emergency powers. The conservatives have a catch 22 scenario.

That’s kinda what we’re doing isn’t it? Bitching and moaning on the internet but when offered a reasonable alternative they vote for more socialism, more wokeism, and less freedom. We grew up thinking there were some core beliefs that all Americans shared, now that seems to be much less true. How many times does it take before people just say screw it, I had a good life, I did what I could, if this is what they want, so be it.

The only thing that happened for sure was that the polls were wrong and we had all bought into them.

I have just acquired my first of the many books you have authored. I have little doubt that more will follow.

Totally believable. Not much will change until catastrophe is visited upon the hipsters and the limousine liberals.

One of the things I have not seen discussed (for the House races) is the impact of the court ordered redistricting that impacted the suburbs around Dim strongholds in several states.

I believe Mitch is up in 2026, and both Romney, and Graham are up in 2024; I most certainly hope that a few motivated people in KY, SC, and UT are going to make a go at a primary challenge.

Stolen elections have consequences.

Not for the Democrat politicians committing election fraud.

Who was responsible for the "red ripple"?

Pollsters: Polls were predicting a "red wave". Many pundits were also speculating about overwhelming Republican victories, especially in the House. That didn't really happen. Were they trying to lull us into complacency? Or did we just misinterpret the enthusiastic rallies for potential (and big) victories?

Counters: Cheating in vote-counting is a staple of the Left. We were watching them more closely this time around. How did they manage to pull it off?

Voters: Maybe voters are trying to tell us something. Maybe they really do prefer woke culture, inflation, America-hating elitists; as long as they can keep their vices: abortion, crime, racism, chaos.

I still don't get the Fetterman win. To me, it was a no-brainer. I don't understand how Pennsylvania voters could choose that guy.

I agree. Lindsey has been on my short list for several years. I don’t trust him!

There was a reason for that.

Indeed there was, and there are reasons for why that has been destroyed. None of them good.
