I think that it was ALS, but I cannot recall now. He was ventilator dependent. He was trached. A lot of people, (most) are unaware of it, but trached Patients even while ventilated actually can speak. I loved helping such people. It was wonderful to bring them back from isolation where that inability to verbally communicate was relieved. It was always a very big deal for such persons.
I tended to this person for a few weeks. He finally went home where he would have support in the confines of his own home. I did not anticipate seeing him again.
Well, one day he returned to that Ward. It turned out that the process of ‘surviving’ was simply too much for him. He requested rest, and was ready to go and meet God. There was no hope for healing from his awful neurological malady. Fortunately he was assigned a Nurse who was a friend of mine. That guy is pretty cool, really charming and a Musician. He knew well how to contend with people in dire straights.
This Patient though, he was ready. He dressed for the occasion. He wore a bright red Tee Shirt that had big gold letters on the front. It said MARINE. It also had more subdued printing which said ‘Semper Fi.’ He had some sort of badge, perhaps a Medal. He projected great strength and power, despite the fact that he was near death.
My friend the Nurse did what he had to and I was summoned to perform my function. Years ago we used to refer to it as a ‘terminal wean’ but that expression was changed to ‘compassionate wean.’ At my next hospital, people had never heard that term, but it was appreciated and soon became the standard. It is not as if we are taking people off of ventilators every day. Over 20 years I perhaps dealt with such events fewer than 15 times, probably less. Still, this Marine, proud of his legacy until the last looked quite impressive as he lay there, supine, quite at ease, and I thought of the verse, 2 Timothy 4:7, about ‘I have finished the race…..’ A part of me felt to weep. I remained stoic.
That man was a hero. Personally I came very close to being a Marine myself but it was not my destiny. I could never share in his brotherhood. I admired him that day, and all Marines. Your Brother is almost certainly pleased to be ready to meet his other brothers again, those who you or none else can ever fully understand.

300,000 votes moved from Oz to Fetterman. I have seen similar cyber read outs and they are detailed and they are accurate - right down to the server source of the 'hack'.
The problem is not proving the accuracy, it is getting anyone to officially listen. Gregg Phillips has said it succinctly: the Chinese did not buy these elections, they were given them. Our country has lost its way; the only way to correct this treason is for the American people to demand that it be corrected... it reaches to the highest levels.
For example, we are facing another Georgia senate run off; we faced the same in 2020. It was not necessary then or now; Mitch McConnell refused to fight the corruption then as he is doing now. Let us all remember that his Chinese wife runs a multi-million dollar global shipping company that is supported by the CCP.
Can there be any doubt how this run off will turn out? ...unless the people of Georgia demand a true election forensic audit.

The machines went down! The tabulators failed! The paper ran out! The printer settings were wrong!
Welcome to the Banana Republic of Biden — where the voting machines break down and the tabulators fail and the paper runs out on Election Day!
The rigging was so bad, so obvious, so corrupt that even the corporate media was forced to admit that electronic voting machines didn’t work across America. That was a “conspiracy theory” — you might recall — just the day before.
But — lo and behold ! — the machines were all “down” in Mercer County, New Jersey. They were full of “mishaps” in Harris County, Texas and in Chesterfield County, Virginia and in Bell County, Texas and in Suffolk County, New York. At least 20% of all the machines were “not working” throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. They “ran out of paper” in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. In fact, “officials say that roughly 44 polling locations in Luzerne County ran out of paper to print ballots.”
Of course, it’s completely normal on Election Day for 44 polling places to run out of paper simultaneously. Don’t start fueling conspiracy theories by noticing that such a shortage must be deliberate!
It was always the case that the Washington uniparty was going to rig the elections against Trump-aligned candidates. The Swamp was not interested in victories for candidates like Blake Masters and Kari Lake in Arizona, Herschel Walker in Georgia, Dr. Oz and Doug Mastriano in Pennsylvania — and it was not interested in the continued careers of “troublemakers” like Lauren Boebert and Ron Johnson. Notice that almost all of those races are currently “too close to call” this morning — or called for the Democrat long before the votes could be counted.
Democrats needed to disrupt the Republican vote in Arizona to stop Masters and Lake — and what a coincidence! — the machines go down in the red precincts of Maricopa County and keep working elsewhere!

A day after the election, the corporate media is telling you that “late arriving mail-in ballots” are still to be counted in order to decide elections in Arizona, Nevada, and elsewhere.
If you can believe these obvious lies, you can believe anything.
All the corporate media outlets in America get their “real time” vote counts from Edison Research — and obvious vote-rigging patterns emerge when you chart the vote-dumping in real time.
