When Republicans takeover both houses, the judiciary committees should demand polygraphs for every employee in the DoJ and FBI. That will clear out most of them as they will either retire or quit, rather than face charges of sedition. Those that fail the polygraph, will be charged and those who pass will be able to keep their jobs.
It’s really that simple. They have to polygraph anyway to get the job, might as well use it to ensure they are not violating any laws.

There are a great many who, while shocked at the display last year, will not tolerate that BS again. People are ready to go all Kyle Rittenhouse on Antifa goons if they act up again.

Should violence like before start up again the LEOs should issue a statement that peaceful shouting, marching and such will be tolerated. However as soon as the first rock is thrown, the first fire set, the first window broken, the event will be cancelled - forcibly if needed. If force is needed here is the kicker - some days the LEOs will be using rubber bullets, other days the real thing.
The ‘protesters’ need to ask themselves ‘Do you feel lucky?’
