25th Amendment now floated as Dem solution to Joe Biden problem
WND ^ | Nov 2, 2022 | Bob Unruh

Leftists in the media and politics in America forced on the nation during President Trump's term a lengthy discussion about the 25th Amendment.

That allows for an orderly transfer of power should a president become unable to perform his duties.

But Democrats just wanted to get rid of Trump, and the amendment discussion was one of many schemes they developed over the time of Trump's term.

[snip] "Democrats even tried but failed to establish a 'presidential disability review body' in 2017 to help with the ousting process," wrote Merrill Matthews, a resident scholar with the Institute for Policy Innovation.

That discussion now has been resurrected, only this time it's because of the concern over "President Biden's mental health." [snip]

"The fourth section [of the 25th Amendment] is the only one that has never been implemented. It provides for the involuntary replacement of the president when the 'Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments [i.e., the Cabinet] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide' determine that the 'President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.'"

Merrill said it's unlikely Kamala Harris ever would make such a move.

Pure distraction. Never happen. Don’t waste the neurons thinking about it.

Remember when Trump walked gingerly down a slippery wooden ramp after addressing the graduating cadets at West Point. The liberal media went bonkers ridiculing him as unfit to serve.

Therein lies the problem, how to take the dreadful Kamala off the board.

No, he won’t be removed. He’ll just resign or finish out his term.

His mental health is secondary to ordinary Impeachment for fomenting an Invasion of the United States, for participating in a massive crime to change the results of the 2020 election (although that predates his inauguration, so dunno that it’s “impeachable”), and a laundry list of other crimes related to corruption and abuse of power (like spending $500B to “forgive” federal loans without asking the Congress).

The Dessicated Husk is a criminal of immense proportions. Ordinary impeachment is almost too good for him: ordinary federal charges are more appropriate. But, can’t do that...he stole protection for himself.

I agree that the dims will not do 25th amendment.
If Republicans gain a Senate majority, they will impeach him and remove him from office. Thus, Republicans will do the demonRats' dirty work. Then the demonRats will use that as a campaign issue...but it won't help them.

I seriously doubt Hairass could be worse than Josef Stolen. At least she will not crap her pants in front of diplomats, shake hands with invisible people and get lost on the WH lawn.

They need a better front man. Joe can’t sell the crap that’s being peddled from this left wing administration. Obama and Clinton were masters at this.

The 25th Amendment would only (temporarily) strip the President of his power, he is NOT removed from the office. Plus there is no time frame established so SCOTUS can chime in. Plus good luck getting a 2/3 vote from both houses to strip the President of his power. If this all happened, Kamela would only be the Acting President, not sworn in as the 47th President.

Kamala Harris, the Laughing Girl, is a better solution - only a Democrat would imagine that ...

They will push hard before January 2nd to get rid of both imbaciles in office...and get another one in there. Nanzi herself is third in line of succession.

Gotta get this done before the new congress is sworn in.

He was tailor-made for the 25th, before he assumed the presidency.

Won’t matter what he does after his term is finished because, at the rate he has gone in the past 2 years, there won’t be a country left.

I told my wife back in June, that the 25th would begin getting spoken of a lot more the closer we get to the election.

I also told her, they will first replace Kamala Harris, like they they did Agnew. Then they can have who they want in to replace Biden.

I am betting they try to replace Harris before the new congress gets sworn in.

Then the Democrat leadership can go ahead and replace Biden at the beginning with help from Republicans to give the Democrats cover from attacks by their voters in the 2024 election.

Long term, it will not work, because the powers that be will continue the same policies, since it is not Joe or Kamala running things.

The only question that remains is who will they replace Harris with? Will they bring in Bernie, or will they double down on stupid and set up Pete Buttigieg as the replacement for Kamala and then have him promoted to become the first openly gay President?

*** If Republicans gain a Senate majority, they will impeach him and remove him from office. ***

Surely you jest. McCarthy has already said an impeachment is off the table, and it would need to start in the House. Very likely this will never happen.

They’d need Republican help to remove Dementia Joe from office even today. After next week, likely even more so. “Hi, we’d like you to dump Joe, seat Kammy, and approve Hillary as VP, please. Could you get right on that?” Um...nope.
