Thanks. I was wondering what the timeline is for Kamala to potentially serve 10 years. Is it the date of the mid-term or the date the newbies officially take office?

Biden must stay president until after January 20, 2023 for Kamala to be eligible for the ten year limit.

It’s from the date she’d be sworn in. One day after would allow her to ‘try’ for up to 10 years. But that won’t happen.

I don’t know but I have heard that theory floated. It was actually my son who mentioned it to me first.
