The other thing I noticed was that the flags seem to be in disarray.
From the left side you can see that they are standing on two different levels. That seems odd. I'm no expert on flag rules, but shouldn't they all be at the same height? Or are the two levels needed to even up different length flag poles?
Is the appearance of disarray caused by the 2 levels combined with the angle of the photo? Or are they really arranged so irregularly?
I tried to count them, but couldn't since the front flags are partially obscuring the back ones. 9 maybe?
