Swamp Launches Last Ditch Effort to Pass Media Bailout Bill JCPA
Supporters of the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), a bill that would allow corporate media companies to band together in a cartel to collude with Big Tech companies like Facebook and Google, are mounting a last-ditch effort to pass the bill before Republicans take control of the House of Representatives next year, including the undemocratic possibility of adding the JCPA to a so-called “must pass” bill like defense spending.
Crucially, a new version of the JCPA set to be introduced in the House of Representatives includes a massive loophole allowing the corporate legacy media cartel to collude with tech companies on censoring their competitors, in addition to the financial handouts from Big Tech companies to Big Media companies that supporters of the bill somehow consider to be its number-one selling point
The possibility of the media colluding with Big Tech on censorship nearly killed the bill in the Senate, only for it to be rescued at the last minute by an amendment from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). The limp-wristed amendment prevented formal discussions on censorship, but still left the door wide open for the exclusion of conservative media.

New York Times Protects Balenciaga Over Pedo Images – Blames QAnon Instead
Despite even apologizing for the shoot, The New York Times has just written a lengthy puff piece titled “When High Fashion and QAnon Collide”.
The article which took three journalists to write essentially protected Balenciaga in almost every line and blamed QAnon, Tucker Carlson, The New York Post, and Fox News for the new public belief the luxury brand condones child exploitation.
Wow....I wonder how many of the (few remaining) FR $hot $hills will also accuse QAnon.....and, Tucker.....rather than the horrid pedos Balenciaga.

A little while ago, Teega came roaring through the house like the Tasmanian Devil!
What the heck???
I couldn’t figure out what on earth was wrong with him!
When hubby finally got hold of the spinning, spitting freaking out cat, I discovered that he had wound himself up in a full length of Fly Tape!
He was just wrapped all up in it, including a place where no normal male, human OR animal wants to see a woman with a pair if scissors coming at him!
It was like trying to cut tape off a running chainsaw!
His eyes were bogging out of his head just like Gollum from Lord of the Rings!
I had to snip it off in stages, ducking to avoid him swiping at me with a fistful of knives! (Claws)
meanwhile hubby had to shift the cat around in order not to get his nose bitten off!
15 minutes later, it was over.
Teega walked gingerly away, very aloof and angry!
So were we!
It took awhile to pick up everything he had knocked off the bathroom counter, and to pick up my cane and all that hairy tape too!
Ah, the joys of pet ownership!
P.S. Teega has STILL not come out from his hidey hole behind the recliner!
