Cops and prosecutors are often lazy. They’ll file enough charges that night to keep him locked up and fill out the rest later. Since this is SF, about the only thing that will keep him locked up is assaulting one of the gods who walk among us. If they had a mere breaking and entering on the report a judge might not realize that this was an assault on one of the alphas and let him go.

Your post made me think about how nanzi made sure there was little security around on Jan 6th, except for her goons. She refused Trump’s offer for National Guard.

This doesn’t make sense, they charged him with everything but the kitchen sink (the kitchen sink being breaking and entering). The list of charges is long, to force his silence. They will plea bargain for his silence.
