Why not free tubal ligation?
I’m pretty sure vasectomies are very cheap for the provider, and tubal ligations are much more expensive. And they probably lead to more malpractice suits.
Cuz that’s major surgery...
I have cats. My female cats have been fixed. I do not bother with my male cats. I could fix them, but I assure you a vagabond cat (El Gato Callejero) from the neighborhood would like to meet her if she were not fixed.
