My maternal grandmother, a product of the 1890’s, took who knows how many aspirin with her daily beers for years. Died of ruptured esophagus at 74.
Yeah. They probably got big bucks from the government to conduct the study.
After my third spell of AFib last July the doctor in the ER prescribed Eliquis and sent me home.
He didn’t tell me to stop taking the two low-dose aspirin that my cardiologist had me on.
I figured that out on my own.
I chew any aspirin I take...rarely
“Taking Aspirin Could Be Doing More Harm Than Good “
Aspirin cost 1 to 5 cents per day, so OF COURSE big Pharma and their agents in government/academe will say it’s harmful.
I’m like that. I can remember “angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB)” but not the simple name losartan.
R.B. Had a stroke in 2018. Ignored the Dr’s order for Asprin and took Nattozime instead. No covid shot either.
We all get called home sometime, just need to be ready.
My doctor is also an “associate professor of internal medicine at U-M Medical School”, where I have been receiving most of my medical care for the last 40, or so, years. At my annual physical last year, I was the one who started a discussion about my daily aspirin usage. I brought up the fact that the FDA was no longer recommending daily aspirin use as a preventative for heart disease. He agreed that I should stop using it, which I have done.
The point is that I had to bring it up. He did not volunteer it.
Do you have any resources on tinnitus causes and cures? Asking for a friend...

There are several supplements that prevent your ears from having permanent damage, but they need to be taken within a few hours before or after the insult to the ears. These aren't know to to help tinnitus, though.
Been there done that.😱
