FALSE. Joe was NOT reading off a teleprompter, his handlers would never put such an incriminating idiotic statement on the teleprompter! Absurd! His threat to destroy the pipeline was a spontaneous off the cuff remark with the utter ring of truth. The very fact that he is demented is why we can be assured he spoke the truth in this matter - no one in their right mind would openly admit to it!

Joe’s denial that we blew up the pipelines was tepid at best. Then a few days later the cucks at the State Dept were saying that blowing it up was a good thing. If it was the Russians you can be sure the Joe’s admin would never imply the Rooskis did anything positive. Finally, the Swedes say they know who blew it up but won’t say. Why not?
