This is David Laufman, who began his career at CIA in 1980. He was the head of DOJ Counter Intelligence at the outset of various target operations against President Trump in 2016. Before that, he managed investigations into Hillary Clinton and David Petraeus, to name a few.
Jay Bratt is the current DOJ Chief of Counterintelligence. Bratt is Laufman’s former colleague and immediate successor, who Laufman speaks highly of. Bratt is now leading the government’s case against Trump’s “mishandling” of classified documents. Bratt was among the four investigators who paid a visit to Mar a Lago in June
David Laufman also represents Harry Dunn ,the crybaby J6 Capitol Police thug alongside Mark Zaid.
Mark Zaid founded nonprofit Whistleblower Aid (funded by billionaire Pierre Omidyar) where he represented CIA agent Eric Ciaramella while openly tweeting about a coup against 45

I got a little teary (happy teary) ‘cause I had had the same reaction as Oliver back then when Covid arrived re: the speed of the vaccine, what is this?, where’d it come from — you know the questions we all asked. I lost a lot of friends by being a little skeptical over that but, like Oliver, — this shot just wasn’t for me — and for the same reasons he had.
An aside here. Back in the 70’s when the magazine “Family Circle” was at the grocery store I remember an article on how to get your kids to eat vegetables - always a problem right? The gist of it all was instead of just fixing the “carrots” give the kid a choice with “would you like corn - or carrots” or whatever. And the kid chooses, and eats — at least some of it. Anyway reminds me of the clot shot- Moderna or Pfizer or J&J, you choose - and then you own it!
