Petraeus says he thinks Russia could take an action so shocking, so horrific in Ukraine that US and other countries “might react” in one way or another, but as a force multinational led by the US, but NOT AS A NATO FORCE. (Because, and Due to Article 5, “an attack on one NATO country is an attack on all”, and UKR is Not a NATO country.)

Same stuff gets trotted out before EVERY election. Every. Single. One. It goes all the way back to at least FDR. Reagan was going to suspend/delay/cancel elections. So was Clinton. So was Bush 41. So was Bush 43. So was Obama. So was Trump.
