Have met over a dozen couples from Alberta while south for the winter and found them all to the nicest most fun people you ever spend time with.
A few years back mentioned to a gentleman that I was surprised he was from Alberta, said he talked like he was from Minnesota? He said (in Minnesota like accent) "No, people from Minnesota sound like they're from Alberta".
Unfortunately he had a stroke in Feb this year and did not recover, passed a week later. Played golf with him in the AM, collapsed at 4 PM, was rushed to a hospital in Phoenix. Two days later flown back to Alberta. Never regained consciousness. He was only 66, wondering if it was vaccine related?
Alberta should merge with Idaho.

The hospital nearly killed her unjabbed husband last year. Remdesivir left his kidneys damaged, and she had to strongly advocate by phone on a daily basis for him not to be put on a vent, while she was just getting over Covid herself. It’s nothing less than a miracle that he survived. They were our neighbors, but his very long stay and extended rehab forced them to sell their home. None of us were even friends yet, which happened after they moved 65 miles away - another amazing wonder in itself. Imagine, we lived a block apart for over 2 decades. And all that time, neither of us had a clue that the other was really her sister in disguise, until we experienced the most extraordinary series of “coincidences” (of which, of course, there are none)...
So, take heart, God can and does perform miracles! I pray that you sisters’ health is untouched by the evil clotshots.

But write this down. It’s the simple test we always do when working/trading/building semi autos. I regularly get “fiddled with” auto loaders so this check will keep a Smokie or Feebie off your case.
Check it clear.
Safety off.
Pull the trigger to dry fire and HOLD the trigger back.
Keep the trigger back.
Cycle the action to recock.
Listen/watch for the hammer to fall when closing the breech.
There must be no hammer drop.
Turn loose of the trigger to reset the sear.
Pull the trigger again and check for hammer fall.
If the hammer does not fall when closing the breech you’re good to go with a proper semi auto action.
I regularly see guns (AR’s) where the cowboy who had/has it has filed off the safety lug on the sear to try to go auto. But the action loses its rate control so they tend to jam after 3 rounds. I usually charge 50 bucks plus parts to fix that cute little foobar.
There’s a very high probability that he was vaccinated. Non-citizens haven’t been allowed into the US without proof of vaccination since around the third quarter of 2021. It’s possible that the Customs and Border Patrol people asked your friend if he was vaccinated and he said yes when he wasn’t. That’s been done successfully by others, but a person would be turned back if they were asked for proof and couldn’t provide it.
