You could reduce the pasta ing and amp up the chicken, spinach, sun dried
in a luscious Alfredo sauce ala this Tuscan-chicken-pasta spinach dish.

Thought you might like a nice side for the SW salad. Just take a tortilla, fill with Chile or taco meat, chp canned Chiles, top with shredded cheddar, bake piping hot. Serve with sour cream.
