Yes, every woman I’m acquainted with in this town has gun(s), and the women around HERE are all old. Like me.
I have a good friend that teaches Concealed Carry classes which are necessary to obtain a permit. He has seen a tremendous upsurge in women taking the class. Most of these women have never even held a gun of any kind in their entire lives, but they are really frightened by the lawlessness they see going on around them. He encourages everyone of them to take a pistol course so they can develop at least a minimum level of proficiency with their weapon, but most do not because “it makes too much noise”. Gonna be even more dangerous out there.
” “it makes too much noise””
Who cares about a little noise if a gun blast is going to save your life!
Open borders, they're not sending their best.
5. Supreme Court decisions upholding the right of people to own guns despite what the Democrats think.
Because stealing them is dangerous? After all, the people you’d steal guns from tend to be, you know, gun owners...
You are right! It would be safer to steal guns from someone that does not own one. Oh, wait...
When your life is on the line and you have to pull the trigger you will be so stressed out you will often not even hear the shot you just made.
The correct answer is, Joe Sixpack thinks a gun is a magic talisman. Merely possessing a gun will frighten away evil.
That HAS TO be the answer because the vast majority buy the gun, take it home, never get formal training with it, never practice with it enough to make a difference, and leave it at home in a box when they go out and about.
So either they think were born with the marksmanship skills of Jerry Miculek or that the gun has magic powers and can ward off evil.
In New jersey, the number one gun “crime” is merely possessing one without the permission of the almighty state.
Any requirement of a permit or licensing is a clear infringement upon the rights recognized in the second amendment. Constitutional carry should be the default setting.
