17 strings!

Cold sores; As soon as you notice them, put a washcloth with ice on them for as long as you can stand it. The virus needs warmth to spread and grow. I have not had them in a while but they do not seem as bad when I do this.

Lemon balm tea or tincture for cold sores, also prunella tincture. Kicks ‘em immediately. Apply to the affected area, often.

Ivermectin totally keeps the herpes virus at bay. I imagine it does the same for shingles

Also take L-Lysine for cold sores.
