I looked on the internet to see if there was anything I could give her before having to take her to the vet. I gave her l-lysine. I had 500 mg pills on hand. I cut them in half, crushed a half, and put the powder in wet food. She got over the sneezies after a few days and is still alive at about 12 years old now. :)
