While some are positioning this agreement as a legal loss or face-saving opportunity for Musk, who bit off more than he could chew by getting into a lawfare pissing match with the tech giant, I see it as yet more tacit confirmation that we’re currently in the midst of a multi-front psychological war for the Collective Mind of American Society, and that the overly dramatic and somewhat cartoonish saga surrounding Musk’s Twitter acquisition was meant to garner a critical mass of psychological attention en route to a transition of the platform to new management as we enter the beginnings of what could be a new paradigm of public discourse and disclosure.

Bolsonaro was down very high into double digits heading into Election Day, and far outperformed polls forcing a runoff. AND, Trump is very confident in Bolsonaro runoff chances: “I think he’s in great shape to win on Oct. 30. This is crap. The 1917 Espionage Act cannot apply to a President. Under Article II, first sentence of Section I, he is the executive branch. He is free to do as he wishes with these documents, including deciding as president to remove them as he leaves office. I suspect former presidents have done so. Unless and until a subpoena is issued to search Obama’s various estates, we won’t know. That said, this entire process is a subterfuge, as I’ve explained here, on radio and TV.
