Today was worse. last night my DIL gave me some Tramadol as I run out. I have to take 2 plus a flexerol just to tolerate the pain. Can’t do stretches because I can’t turn my neck at all. Doing other stuff too, hot Epson salt bathes, a massage machine and ice packs. I even lost my appetite, so you know its bad
Pray I wake up and it is gone. 🙏🙏🙏
I just found an old movie about Ivana Trump to watch, hope I can sleep tonight.

What we know about the Trump rally in Robstown: Gun show on schedule for same day at fairgrounds
It’s not yet clear if Republicans like Gov. Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick or Ken Paxton will be in attendance, but Robstown was likely chosen as a destination because at least two South Texas congressional districts that have been a Democratic stronghold for generations are considered to be in play.
SAXET Gun Show scheduled for same day at fairgrounds in Robstown
On the weekend as the rally, a gun show is scheduled to take place at the fairgrounds. According to the facility’s website, the SAXET Gun show will take place from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and on Sunday, from 9 a.m. until 5p.m.
The event advertises having a variety of “firearms, accessories, ammunition, knives, tactical gear, hunting, and target sports products, worthwhile organizations.”
Admission to the event is $8 for adults, $5 for active duty military and police, and $2 for children aged six to 11.
