2nd leak found in Nord Stream 2 pipeline. That’s two leaks in NS 1 and now two leaks in NS 2.

3 leaks — two in the Danish zone and one in the Swedish zone — were discovered earlier this week in the two major Russian underwater pipelines designed to ship natural gas to Germany, while Sweden on Sept 29 said its coast guard had found a fourth leak.

PS - I assume the gas is turned off at the source? I believe that’s what LP said. So how much still has to pour out? I read that never before has such a huge amount of methane has poured into the atmosphere. (I didn’t know natural gas was the same thing as methane.)
What is like the effect of all this going to be?
Another PS - I am confused as to who owns these pipelines, and who built them.
