Just guessing...

Green is made from a combination of the primary colors ‘blue’ and ‘yellow’.
A lack of yellow would make the final outcome tend to look blue.
Yellow = bile
Liver problems?
Lack of Vitamin B?

Little Linda posted about the ‘Gram Negative’ bacterias specifically Pseudomonas. I have run across these infections many times, secretions almost always looked greenish, and disgusting by the way.

Liver issues tend to manifest in the urine with a ‘cola’ sort of color. Certainly a lot can develop and speculating from here is way over my head.

I did not mention earlier bloody or black secretions, but I have seen plenty of that. To me blue is not something that I have seen. I never saw much Methylene Blue used but could be. It's use is in disfavor now.
