That’s the only one I could find, too. Q is referring to an earlier drop it seems, but I could not find it, in which he describes what the percentages are referring to. I remember it as the details of crimes committed, but have no clue how to find the drop referring this drop is referring to.
Completely agree. That's why I'm beginning to lean more and more toward Ukraine and/or mercenaries, vs American mil. Ukraine is, IMHO, the most logical possibility.
