I had one that I asked for a number...they called back a few days later and offered me a number way below its value.... I literally laughed out loud and told them it was half what I had paid 15 years ago.

When I get texts from buyers I always text back “Fu*k off Blackrock”. If I happen to answer the phone from a buyer I give them a ridiculously high number, or so I thought. The last one wanted to get back to me on my ridiculous number. Gulp!
