When I get texts from buyers I always text back “Fu*k off Blackrock”. If I happen to answer the phone from a buyer I give them a ridiculously high number, or so I thought. The last one wanted to get back to me on my ridiculous number. Gulp!
The rediciously high number approach sounds interesting - I mean, if someone wants to give me half a million for my modest abode, I might just take it. I can live in a mobile home while the market crashes.
Next time give them a ridiculous number and specify “in gold doubloons.”
