The radio news guy this morning said that there is going to be an Elton John concert on the WH south lawn this weekend. That would explain a big white tent. Sounds a bit like WH staff is going into their “last hurrah” mode. I expect a bunch of them figger they won’t be around next year since the Nov. election is going to change some stuff. They might just leave that tent up for the rest of the year, getting ready to steam clean he white hut?

I hope you are right. I’m sick of seeing good people being scared, tricked, and threatened into doing things that they are pretty sure aren’t a good idea. Most weren’t really given any good choice. Not here so much but a lot in other places.
