My wife came into the room and asked why I keep muting the audio: I said to her almost the exact same thing! Drives my CRAZY, and is a gross distraction!

I read the family drove to Windsor via the quicker motorway route. The Queen’s remains took a longer route so more people could pay their last respects. I hope the family had a break when they arrived at Windsor.
So I assume there was no “viewing” for the immediate family at any point in the 10-12 days like we do in the US?

think about your kids that are the ages of george and charlotte...how they can go on this long without a bathroom break is pretty incredible. maybe they darted in somewhere before it all took off

Yes. I do see the Queen’s cousins the Duke of Kent and Prince Michael of Kent have not participated in the marching. They are probably in their 80s. Her cousin the Duke of Glouster is marching, but he only a few years older than Charles.
Her dogs were on steps, don’t see them now?
I hope those pallbearers had a solid protein meal before hoisting the lead-lined coffin up those steps into St. George Chapel.
