@piersmorgan
For American followers, I will be co-anchoring @FoxNews coverage of tomorrow’s funeral from 4am ET on what will be a long and historic day.
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Duke of Kent is pretty frail.
Trump very visibly announced he was back at Mar-A-Lago last night, for the first time since the raid. So maybe that trip was a decoy for him to head over to England without a lot of press scrutiny. It would make my day if he just showed up there without warning.
I’m watching Fox. Ainsley Earhart Hannity is Fox’s answer to Joe Biden. STU-PID.
I don’t think Joe, Jill, and their hubris has won the US any fans.
You are probably thinking of the Queen's cousin, Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester - he's 78. He did march in the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall, the other day.
He should be in the cortege today, but I haven't actually noticed him.
I recall what it was. Michelle had put her hand on the Queen’s back. Surprisingly, the Queen put her hand on Michelle’s back in response. She was totally unfazed.
Princess Anne looking pretty exhausted right now. King Charles is rumored to try to nix current plan for the Counselors of State and put her in and take out Andrew and Harry.
That would be good. Also saw he wants to remove Bea York.
“I think it would’ve been great if Trumps had been invited secretly. When they showed up heads ... 🤯”
Trump should rightfully have been there, as the 2020 election was stolen and the Usurper is there in his place. The Queen overtly liked Trump (who is half Scottish, just like the Queen). Who knows what she thought of the doddering, corrupt fool who is our Pretender to the throne.
In terms of protocol, President Trump did nothing inappropriate in walking in front of the Queen, and I am sure it was just a result of him having much longer legs than she did.
British protocol treats the President of the United States as the King of a friendly nation (it’s an old protocol and hasn’t fully come to terms with republicanism).
And, once again, there is a fundamental principle that offence is only taken if it is intended. The Queen would not have been offended by this, even if he had made a minor gaffe.
I hope he follows the wish of his father and gives Edward the Duke of Edinburgh title. He and Sophie have really stepped up after Andrew shenanigans.
Poor Sophie stuck in the cars with Harry’s wife..
OK - just got a clear look. The Duke of Gloucester is in the cortege. So is the Earl of Snowdon who is 60, and is the late Queen’s nephew - son of her sister, Margaret.
Indeed. Palindromic, in fact. In this image, I recognized the pattern formed in the letters of Psalm 72, rays eminating from the center of the word "sun" in verse 17. It's very simple but I can't explain it right now.
It's a great follow-up from yesterday's post about today's sunrise shift, right on the border with the Commonwealth, where the the river valley is named for John the Baptist, who in Christianity is identified with Elijah the Prophet.
(The Bay of Fundy is home to the highest tides in the world. Here's the sign saying, "We come to ALMA")
Unless they add to more to the page, the centered coffin image is the 7th picture down:
I've kept the Psalm 72 diagram on-hand for 6 1/2 years. Now I see that it corresponds to the queen's funeral at Westminster Abbey (the month of Elul is also in the diagram), I can match it up with the cardinal directions. Clockwise: N E S, the Hebrew word for miracle, banner, ensign:
Westminster Abbey
Layout plan dated 1894
It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life
For me.
>>>
Dragonfly out in the sun, you know what I mean, don't you know
Butterflies all having fun, you know what I mean
Sleep in peace when day is done, that's what I mean
And this old world is a new world
And a bold world
For me
Do the same ones carry the coffin throughout the whole “process” during the week, or do they change?
You sure about that? :-)
.
I am wondering if there are going to follow the procession of the coffin all the way to Windsor Castle.
I believe the bearer party at the funeral is different from the one that were used the other day but am not completely sure.
loads of horse poop and flowers strewn along the path...seems fitting
Kinda l II me life itself. Apropos.
