Also meant to add instead of Vicks I use Olbas oil (100 year old Swiss formula). 1 drop on my pillow or t-shirt and my sinuses open completely in less than an hour. 1 bottle has lasted me almost 20 years, worth every penny. Interesting. I’ll look that up. Regarding bee pollen, I haven’t tried that, but my pulmonologist told me years ago to eat local raw honey. I’ll check out the bee pollen.
