Attorneys Dan Watkins and Michael Hamilton announced in a national Press Conference September 7 the filing of their first-in-the-nation landmark lawsuit against three hospitals on behalf of families who had lost their loved ones with the “bounties” paid to hospitals for using the toxic combination of food and fluid restriction, remdesivir, mechanical ventilation, high dose morphine-midazolam respiration-suppressing cocktail to spiral patients down the dark road to death.
After more than 2 ½ years of daily COVID deaths in America’s hospitals, we finally have the first two attorneys in the US to take legal action boldly and courageously against three hospitals in Fresno, California for wrongful death, medical battery, elder abuse and other violations of patients’ rights to hold these hospital administrators, doctors and nurse accountable for such horrific patient abuses.

Complex COVID - $450,000 (ICU, intubate, etc.)

My brother wanted to go home, but the hospital wouldn’t release him. Yes, they gave him remdesivir very soon after he was admitted. I think it was within 24 hours, but certainly it was 48. He passed after struggling horribly. And none of us got to see him or be with him. It was pure hell to lose him like that. He may not have made it through anything by coming home, but at least he would’ve been with his loving family at the end, instead of a stranger who checked in for a shift that day.
If I have one horrible wish for Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, or any of the others who came up with these awful protocols, it is that they would die a most gruesome death alone, forbidden to be with anyone they love by their sides. I know I shouldn’t wish this, but a part of me just does. God forgive me.

In early January, 2021, before we knew about Covid and its dangers and the dangers of treatment, our grandkids other grandmother was killed by this protocol in NJ.

She was in what was known as a good nursing home. She supposedly developed a fluish pneumonia and was sent to a NJ hospital.

My wife and our DIL, daughter of the dying patient want to know what was going on.
I told them it appeared that this nursing home was now a hospice.
She died a few days later, and her funeral was delayed until to August. In the meantime her body was placed in a freezer truck.
So called conservatives are calling us daily to collect money to sue the evil bastards.

I'm an RRT...unvaxxed and pretty healthy. Most of the nurses got the vax..and kind of flaunted it...that they were immune.
Many, many of them got Covid...and were really sick.
Some more than once....and worried.
they killed people....they must pay.
You can always refuse tx. And if you are unable to refuse yourself....you should have a POA...that knows your wishes.
They did the same thing to my husband. He died on Sept. 15 2021. It’s hard to live with the memory of what they did to him. He was a good man that didn’t deserve that kind of ending.
Several western nations have since approved Remdesivir in use for Covid-19 patients, even infants. This lawsuit is exploiting those who lost loved ones.
