More like 1/2. President Trump got at least half the votes - we can assume the people who didn’t vote are split about half as well.

Could be several reasons why no immediate response.
1. No need to. Never stop an enemy who is destroying itself.
2. Plenty of time to put together a full-throated response tomorrow.
3. They are already gone for the long weekend.
4. Waiting to see what the real President’s response is then decide whether to follow his lead or not.
5. Even the RINO contingent of the GOP can see this hate speech by Biden will lower Biden’s already abysmal approval rating. Let nature take its course. Remember what Hillary Clinton’s “deplorable” name calling did to her. This will be seen as unseemly behavior by someone who has already run the country into the poor house, opened the borders, and embarrassed us on a national stage.
